Reviews for The Alcorithm: A revolutionary flavour guide to find the drinks you’ll love

This book is all about the pleasures of raising a glass. It sets about questioning the myths and science of taste in a simple, fun yet authoritative way. We all have our favourite tipple and are creatures of habit but this book tells you what to try next and why... cheers ! -- Michel Roux
