JOINING IN-STORE: Just ask our staff - it only takes a moment.
JOINING ONLINE: Firstly, you must have a registered online account with us (i.e. you log in with a password to order: See FAQ: Accounts). Once you are logged in, then use ORDER NOTES in Checkout to say 'I want to join Abbey's Rewards'. We'll add you to the Rewards program so your current order and future orders earn you points.
NEW ONLINE CUSTOMERS WITH EXISTING STORE ACCOUNT: Customers who already have a Rewards Account in-store and are registering an online account for the first time just need to alert us in the ORDER NOTES. Say something like "I already have an account in the shop. Please merge this account with that one." We'll then manually merge the online account with your existing Rewards account. Just ensure you use the same email address and login each time. Your purchases will then automatically be added to your Reward Points status.
One of the quickest ways to reach 200 Reward Points is to snap up New Releases when they have Double Reward Points.
Every month a range of New Releases earn Double Reward Points. Spend $30 and get 60 Reward Points!
For use in-store, you can simply give your Reward Voucher to family and friends by handing them the Reward Voucher.
To redeem Reward Vouchers online, use the Order Notes to ask to redeem Reward Vouchers with your payment. We explain this further in Frequently Asked Questions
