Anna and Chris Sheryn are experienced coaches and work with all ages from primary school to adults in a range of sports including rugby, netball and speed and strength development. Chris works with the Lilleshall Sports Injury and Human Performance Centre, which is at the forefront of elite sport support services, sports science and injury rehabilitation, and enjoys a range of sporting activities having retired from a successful amateur rugby career. Anna currently works with teams in primary and secondary schools and a college academy. Having played at netball at county level, she still enjoys netball, playing and coaching, and is keen to continue to develop all sporting opportunities for 8 - 16 year olds.
