Born in Namibia, Andrew moved to Australia at age eight, first to Mount Isa, Queensland, before settling in Sydney. Over his career, he has held key global roles, including Head of Asia for Macquarie Capital and Global Head of Investment Banking for CITIC Securities, the international arm of China’s largest securities firm.
