Rowena Saunders, MS, RD, LDN, is a registered and licensed dietitian and nutritionist with over 12 years of experience working as a food communications consultant in the health care and fitness/wellness industry in California, New York, Florida, and Texas. She completed and received her Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Boston University, her master's degree in public health from the University of South Florida with a concentration in community and family health education, and completing her internship in Dietetic at the Oregon Health and Science University. Rowena's areas of expertise are plant-based nutrition, natural organic eating, nutrition for wellness, disease prevention and management, disordered eating, sports and performance nutrition, and sustainable weight management. Today, she focuses on providing food counseling to help her clients improve their food-body relationship in other to regain their health. She enjoys cooking and having to spend time with family and friends. Dr. Lee Henton is a US-trained General Practice Doctor from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine with additional qualification in nutritional medicine from Iowa State University. He is a certified specialist in dietology and nutrition. He has extensive years of medical and nutritional experience across general medicine, pediatrics, traumatology, addictions, food nutrition, and diet therapy. He currently runs a co-established private medical and wellness practice where he operates from. His approach is personalized with each client by combining medical and food nutrition counseling. All advice he provides is at par with his experience, as well as with medical and nutritional concepts. He specializes primarily in men and women's health. He lives in Minnesota with his wife and two daughters.
