Rowena Saunders, MS, RD, LDN, is a registered and licensed dietitian and nutritionist with over 12 years of experience working as a food communications consultant in the health care and fitness/wellness industry in California, New York, Florida, and Texas. She completed and received her Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Boston University, her master's degree in public health from the University of South Florida with a concentration in community and family health education, and completing her internship in Dietetic at the Oregon Health and Science University. Rowena's areas of expertise are plant-based nutrition, natural organic eating, nutrition for wellness, disease prevention and management, disordered eating, sports and performance nutrition, and sustainable weight management. Today, she focuses on providing food counseling to help her clients improve their food-body relationship in other to regain their health.
