Neil Howe holds a PhD in history from University of Nottingham. He has taught at the University of Winchester, University of Nottingham and University of Bath Spa. His research focuses on the political history of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries in Britain, especially looking at the political press, literature and pamphleteering.
