Shelly Clevenger is Chair of the new Department of Victim Studies at Sam Houston State University. She received her Ph.D., M.A., and B.A. in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Shamika Kelley is a forensic DNA expert who provides reports, technical reviews, and expert testimony in criminal cases, and implements a structured research agenda focusing on the needs of crime victims and criminal justice stakeholders to enhance victim support and case processing. Kathleen Ratajczak is an assistant professor in the Department of Victim Studies at Sam Houston State University.
