Raj K. Keservani, PhD, MPharm, is Associate Professor of Pharmacy at the CSM Group of Institutions, India. He has over 12 years of academic experience and has supervised more than 25 undergraduate students for their research work. A prolific author and editor, he is also active as a reviewer for several international scientific journals. His research interests include nutraceutical and functional foods, novel drug delivery systems, transdermal drug delivery/drug delivery, health science, cancer biology, and neurobiology. He is a series editor for AAP Advances in Nutraceuticals. Bui Thanh Tung, PhD, is affiliated with the Vietnam National University School of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hanoi. His main research focuses on medicinal plants for the treatment of various diseases such as diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, and cancer. His special interest is in the development of new drugs from Vietnamese natural resources. He writes and presents widely on issues of natural products, bioactive compounds, and their pharmacological activities. Rajesh K. Kesharwani, PhD, MTech, is Associate Professor of Computer Application at Nehru Gram Bharati, India. Dr. Kesharwani has authored many peer-reviewed articles and book chapters and has published nearly 30 edited books with international publishers. He has been a member of scientific communities as well as a reviewer for many international journals. He has presented papers at various national and international conferences. He is a series editor for AAP Advances in Nutraceuticals. Eknath D. Ahire, MS Pharm, is Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutics at MET’s Institute of Pharmacy, Bhujbal Knowledge City, Pune, India. He is a PhD scholar at Savitribai Phule, Pune University, and is also working for QCS Labs LLP, Mumbai, as an inspector for Nigeria’s regulatory market pre-shipment inspection. He has worked as Formulation Scientist II at Torrent Research Center, India. He has published research papers, reviews and book chapters in textbooks and edited books and has participated in and attended several national and international conferences and workshops.
