Sarajane Aris is a clinical psychologist who was Head of Adult Psychology Services for Derbyshire Healthcare Foundation Trust for over ten years. She led the first pilot mentoring scheme for senior clinical psychologists. Amra Rao is a clinical psychologist who has led specialist therapy services in the NHS for two decades. She has been involved in developing coaching, reflective practice and leadership initiatives with various professional bodies. Patrick Roycroft is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist in the Department of Clinical Psychology, Northumberland, Tyne & Wear NHS Foundation Trust. He also conducts research in Applied Psychology and Behavioural Science. David Clutterbuck is one of Europe’s best known management writers, researchers, thinkers and speakers. He co-founded the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, and he is visiting Professor at three universities.
