"Due to the negative impacts of environmental contamination from mostly industrial activities, there is a great quest for timely and useful innovative ways to use biosorbents for the confiscation of these contaminants. Consequently, a basis for the development, use, and applications of magnetic biosorbents for adsorption employing various contaminants to achieve environmental sustainability and safety is thus anticipated to be provided by the book titled “Environmental Applications of Magnetic Sorbents."" This book comprises ten (10) chapters that will particularly focus on advanced research in the use of timely and useful inspired techniques in the synthesis of novel magnetic biosorbents using facile synthesis methods, as well as the characterization and extensive applications of the synthesised magnetic biosorbents in the bioremediation and decontamination of contaminants. The application of magnetic sorbents in seed germination and their use in improving photovoltaic performance are also captured in this book. Also discussed in this book are the challenges and perspectives of magnetic sorbent applications for environmental sustainability.

Key Features:

The essential aspects of the synthesis, characterization, and applications of magnetic biosorbents, as well as their most recent developments, are all extensively covered in this book. Additionally, the book presents some fresh findings and advancements in magnetic biosorbents and their various applications. It also covers some of the most recent ideas in the synthesis, production, and structural analysis of magnetic biomaterials. As a result, it will be the first study of its type in the fields of environmental and material science to examine an easy-to-understand and comprehensive method for examining the applications of magnetic biosorbents along with their future possibilities and improvements."
