Reviews for Zensations

Zensations is a wonderful book for children, (and those adults reading), teaching ways to focus on emotions and how they might appear in our lives. With fun and colorful illustrations, it opens up the possibilities for creative conversations that can help support the emotional growth of the next generation -- Sharon Salzberg, author of Real Life An important book for any age that reminds us that the body is always giving us signals (or sensations) that lead to emotions, that then lead to actions. It's up to us whether those sensations run the show or we do! -- Andrew Jordan Nance, author of Puppy Mind, The Lion in Me, The Barefoot King, and Mindful Arts in the Classroom
