William W. Menzies William W. Menzies, Ph.D., one of three founders of the Society for Pentecostal Studies, taught at three Assemblies of God schools in Springfield, Missouri (1958-83) and served as president of Asia Pacific Theological Seminary in Baguio City, The Philippines (1984-85, 1989-96). He later became the president emeritus and chancellor of APTS. John Carter John Carter, Ph.D., served as the APTS academic dean from 1991-96, when he was appointed president, serving until 2004. He also became president emeritus and served as chairman of the APTS Board of Directors from 2012-16. Dave Johnson Dave Johnson, D.Miss., is a current faculty member at APTS and is the director of the APTS Press and managing editor of the Asian Journal of Pentecostal Studies (www.aptspress.org).
