The third book in an engaging, dip-in series all about worries, themed by age as worries change as children get older.

A reassuring, practical new series to help children build coping skills and resilience.

What if I hear a strange noise? What if a babysitter is coming? What if I don’t get invited to a party?

Packed with helpful tips to help 7 year olds think about their fears and learn how to soothe them, this book is an ideal starting point for parents to start conversations about worries.

30 questions and answers cover topics from school, trips to the park and visiting friends to sport, performing and going to the shops – delivered with warmth, empathy and gentle humour.

With bright, engaging and gently humorous illustrations from rising star Samara Hardy.

Perfect for fans of A Huge Bag of Worries, Worrysaurus, Poppy O’Neill’s Don’t Worry, Be Happy

and You’re a Star and Tom Percival’s Big Bright Feelings series.

Hannah Wilson has worked in publishing for many years as an editor and now an author. She lives in London (Stoke Newington). Samara Hardy has always loved to draw. Unfortunately for her parents, this was often on their walls with her mother's lipstick. Realizing she might make a career out of this she studied illustration at Falmouth University and, since graduating in 2014, has worked with clients across the globe on picture books, homewares, greetings cards and more. She currently lives and works from her home studio in a small village just outside Tunbridge Wells.
