As Meggi Beth rests on a step, the street carries a variety of neighbors to her, all of them lost in their own thoughts. . . Why is everyone so busy?

Too busy to hear a little girl's story.

When a lovely dog approaches little Meggi Beth, we are reminded that a youngster needs a pet and that pets make excellent listening buddies.

Even Mr. Rogers would be proud because it's a beautiful day in the neighborhood! Get this storybook.

Reviews for Will You Hold My Story?

A delightful read for children and a tool for parents and therapists working with children. A story about listening for children, adults, and dog champions everywhere. - Sue Summers, Elementary School teacher, Special Librarian This is a wonderful book about what it means to hold another person's story. As a group counselor and former play therapist with an M.A. in Counseling, I highly recommend this book to parents and child therapists, especially in working with grief and loss. What a wonderful way to encourage a child to share their difficult story. - Charmayne Hafen, M.A. Group Counselor, Grief/Loss Therapist As a widow and counselor, I have already presented this wonderful allegory for all ages to a variety of grief and loss groups. - Laura Warfel, More Than a Widow
