Video analysis has become increasingly common in teacher development for reflective practice, as well as within the teacher certification process as an assessment tool. Kimberly Lebak is a Professor of Education and Chair of the Master of Arts in Education Program at Stockton University, USA. She has been using video-based action research in graduate-level research courses for almost two decades and with over 500 graduate students.
