Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Leecy Barnett has lived in Boynton Beach, Florida, for more than 30 years. Education has always been important to Leecy, who has a BA in history from Duke University, an MA in church history from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and an MA in Library Science from the University of South Florida. Although she has never married nor had children, Leecy considers being a part of God's forever family for 50+ years a wonderful adventure. Leecy's first career was in Christian ministry, focusing on college students from America as well as students and scholars from China. After she moved to Florida, Leecy began a second career as a librarian. Now retired, she never stopped her involvement in ministry, teaching the Bible, and writing for her church. Leecy writes a column for Women World Leaders' Voice of Truth magazine, ""Power Points: God at Work through Women Leaders Yesterday and Today."" She is also the author of two books: Everything New (a Bible study for new believers) and Ten Life Lessons Worth Learning Over and Over Again. For fun, Leecy enjoys reading, crafts, games, movies, Korean dramas, British television, and cheering on the Duke basketball team. Donna has been a published author with her ""Faith and Family"" column in Voice of Truth magazine since its inception. She loves writing for Voice of Truth and is excited about this journey as co-author of Unshakable: God Will Sustain You. Donna grew up in New Jersey, attending church with her family and learning about God's love and Word. She knew she wanted to be a teacher by fifth grade. With her degree in education, she taught in public schools and later became a corporate education facilitator. She developed curricula and taught professional and personal development skills. Now retired, Donna leads women's ministry church activities and events. She is the co-coordinator of the Women Encouraging Women ministry, which encourages women in their walk with Jesus. She loves teaching Bible studies. Donna sings solos, plays the piano, and enjoys singing in choir and praise team.Donna has been married to her loving and supportive husband, Keith, for over 40 years. They have a son, Bill, who, with his wife, has blessed them with three wonderful grandchildren. Their family vacations often take them where they can discover the beauty of God's creation in nature. Donna and her husband live in South Florida. Julie T. Jenkins is the co-CEO of Women World Leaders and World Publishing and Productions. She loves giving her time and talents to our Lord. Julie is partnered with Kimberly Hobbs to oversee WWL as she guides the ministry coordinators, writes for and leads the editing team of Voice of Truth magazine, and hosts ""Walking in the Word""-the weekly biblical teaching episode of the Women World Leaders' Podcast. Additionally, she is a Bible teacher and best-selling author. Through WPP, Julie is honored to serve as a writing coach and editor for those called to share their God-story with the world.Born in Indiana and raised in Ohio, Julie earned her Bachelor of Communications from The University of Tulsa and her Master's of Biblical Exposition from Moody Bible College. She traveled in Up With People, was a long-time Bible Study Fellowship leader and teacher, and has completed multiple biblical and leadership training programs.Julie and her husband, Michael, have been married for 28 years, live in Jupiter, Florida, and own and operate J29 Marketing-a full-service digital marketing company.
