There have been cases where people were accused of the most heinous of crimes even prior to any investigation. This book includes a description in great detail of such a case which occurred over thirty years ago which involved people being killed. It is true that a commission was set up to investigate this matter, but its proceedings included several of the most serious defects in such an investigation. These were that the majority of the members of the commission were calling the accused a murderer before they had heard the evidence. This was not just a chance remark, but this included one of its members, who was even a judge in his country, using this term no fewer than seventeen times throughout the hearings, and this was even from the first day of the hearings. Furthermore, the committee refused to call witnesses requested by the defence and they were also denied the right to cross examine. Some of the witnesses gave their evidence in camera, and in addition, many of the numerous documents were not made public, and there is also a secret annex to the commission's report. All this secret material and evidence dates back over thirty years, and although the usual custom is to open this material to the public after such a period, this has not been done in this case.

It is therefore crucial that an investigative committee whose composition is agreed upon by both sides, is established whose function will be to discover the truth and only by doing this justice will be served.

I spent several years investigating this case and wrote a book on the results. This book is of length of over 120 pages, and it is meticulously documented with over 700 references. In it is included a very detailed account of the proceedings of the commission which was originally established to investigate this killing. Another chapter of the book deals with situations where killing is permitted. These include killing in self-defence, the killing of even innocent people in order to save a greater number of lives, and killings during a war. In this chapter the laws and legal decisions of a number of countries in the world are quoted and discussed.  The final chapter which occurred over thirty years ago of the book includes a number of unpleasant consequences for the accused as a result of these unsubstantiated accusations.
