Michał Pietrzak is a highly accomplished economist and strategic management researcher and practitioner. He currently holds the position of Full Professor at the Institute of Economics and Finance, Warsaw University of Life Sciences. Additionally, he serves as Vice Chairman of the committee responsible for the university's strategy. Professor Pietrzak's research interests are centered around economics, with a particular focus on new institutional economics and hybrid organizations such as cooperatives, chains, and networks. Joanna Domagała (PhD) is Associate Professor in the Department of Logistics at the Institute of Economics and Finance at Warsaw University of Life Sciences (WULS), Poland. Her primary research interests include enterprise efficiency, internationalization, and globalization of the food industry sectors, logistics systems in agribusiness, management and planning of logistics in enterprises, and supply chain management. Aleksandra Chlebicka holds a PhD in Economics. Currently, she is employed in the Institute of Economics and Finance of Warsaw University of Life Sciences (WULS), Poland. Her main research interests lie in the areas of business cooperation and interorganizational linkages, with a specific focus on the role of trust and social capital.
