Michael is a computer geek/band geek hybrid from Generation X, raised in the quaint Danish village of Solvang, California. Venturing to San Diego, and later to the Pacific Northwest before returning to his hometown, he has enjoyed a fruitful career in the computer and tech support industries for nearly 25 years. Outside the cubicle, he can be found recording music in his home studio, brewing ale & mead, hosting board game parties, as well as playing plenty of video games with powerfully moving soundtracks. Always one to enjoy spinning a witless yarn, he's at last fulfilled his desires to tell of the exploits of madness and tomfoolery he's observed over the years. He still misses Saturday morning cartoons and music videos, dearly.
"""Relatable, honest and funny. A look into a world I rarely consider, I personally deal with clients on a regular basis. It's an excellent reminder how to treat clients and work for that matter."" ""It's so well written - very easy to read."" ""If you have worked in support or been the one calling into support or just want some good chuckles on how absurd corporate decisions can be, I would recommend this book."""
