Stebnicki, Ph.D., LCMHC, CRC, DCMHS is a licensed clinical mental health counselor in North Carolina, professor emeritus at East Carolina University, developer, and instructor of the Clinical Military Counseling Certificate (CMCC) program offered through the Telehealth Certificate Institute.
