Catherine Prasifka was born in Dublin. Her debut novel, None of This Is Serious, was a bestseller and was picked as 'one to watch' for 2022 by the Irish Times, Stylist and the Irish Independent. She holds a BA in English Literature from Trinity College Dublin, an MLitt in Fantasy Literature from the University of Glasgow and an MA in Irish Folklore and Ethnology from University College Dublin.
