"The ideology behind the ""Theory of It's OK!"" fosters a sense of self-assurance that can be accessed for comfort during moments when life presents us with its exquisite set of challenges. Through introspection and contemplation upon my own life experiences, I derived solace from offering others insight into how they could prevail over daunting societal norms. Instead take inspiration in who you are transforming into as an ongoing contributor to society - specifically as a woman navigating through this journey we call existence."

Born in the Congo and bred with Irish roots.Due to my culturally diverse upbringing, as I approached the age of 30, I found myself experiencing an overwhelming sense of pressure regarding where precisely I should have been in life at this point given that society tends to regard women who are nearing or passing their third decade with certain expectations.Following a prolonged period of self-flagellation for what I deemed to be excessive time taken in climbing the rungs that constitute entry into marriage, parenthood and property ownership respectively; it dawned on me that each step along this rigorous path was replete with invaluable lessons which ended up positively shaping my overall perspective. This newfound realization facilitated an overdue overhaul of my prior plans as well as instilled within me an unshakeable aptitude towards confronting life's unpredictable challenges head-on while ultimately granting insight proving beyond doubt how erroneous many initial beliefs had been . Suffice to say at last every eventuality worked out meaningfully rather than adhering obsequiously to pressures built-up largely based on external subjugation.
