Reviews for The Psychology of Effective Management: Strategies for Relationship Building

'The book provides a unique combination of the psychological concepts in a scholarly and yet user-friendly manner with practical recommendations for immediate use. Along with traditional methods of management the author considers psychological methods based on activity theory. The ingenious humorous illustrations highlight the described material and make it fun to read. The book is essential reading for everyone. Indeed, each of us manages or tries to manage other people's activity up to a certain degree.' - Gregory Bedny, Founder of Systemic-Structural Activity Theory, USA 'An introduction to psychology of management that is systematic and accessible without being pedantic or patronizing. The readers will profit from Voskoboynikov's lively presentation of the basic scientific thinking on the topic and his sage distillation of its practical implications.' - D. Landa, Politics and Center for Experimental Social Science, New York University, USA
