Alfred Isaac Bageya holds a college degree in electronics engineering technology with additional training in information technology at York University in Toronto Ontario, Canada. He has worked in various roles in telecommunications systems manufacturing, computer hardware, software support and quality assurance. He got involved with the Royal Astronomic Society of Canada's Toronto chapter to learn how to build telescopes but fascinated by time measurement problems.
