Tammi Kirkness is a life coach, corporate wellness speaker and presenter, who combines evidence-based psychology with eastern training. While studying psychology she worked as a clinician in a prestigious learning centre in London for kids with learning difficulties and these often went hand in hand with having a little worried mind.
