With raw honesty and a sprinkle of humor, he digs deep into Jesus' teachings, showing us how they're more relevant than ever. This isn't your grandma's devotional; it's a practical guide to living like Jesus in today's world. Get ready to be challenged, inspired, and maybe even a little uncomfortable."" --Leonard Sweet, author of Designer Jesus ""In The Life, Mike Wilson does a great job reminding us how God's word applies to just that: our lives. This great fifty-two-day devotional hits on all areas of life in a practical and often profound way."" --Phill Tague, lead pastor, Ransom Church, Sioux Falls, South Dakota ""Our intentions often lack intentionality. Mike Wilson gives us a great resource to help steer change in our life--to change who we want to be into who we are becoming. If you use The Life as it is designed, you truly will live a life for Jesus."" --David Kinnan, lead pastor, Fountain Springs Church ""There is no better life to learn from than the life of Jesus. There is no better life to emulate than the life of Jesus. The life of Jesus Christ is the best life to study. Ever! In this fifty-two-week devotional format, Mike Wilson beautifully presents the perfect example and lessons that Jesus taught and lived out while walking on the face of this earth. Each lesson includes a reflective application as a bonus. Grow with others around you by embedding The Life of Jesus in all you hope to become. Be encouraged to embrace the demeanor of Jesus, including the fact that when you imitate his life, you will become more like him in your everyday life as well."" --Jim Dunn, president, Oklahoma Wesleyan University
