Alden Mills, Keynote Speaker and Author of Be Unstoppable, Unstoppable Teams, and Unstoppable Mindset Few books achieve the balance of engaging a younger audience while delivering hard-hitting, best-in-world practitioner and research-backed performance concepts like The Dojo Decision by Coach Tim McDermott. This book hits the mark perfectly. As a parent and a performance leader, I was impressed with the content. However, reading it with my 8th-grade lacrosse goalie, who has big aspirations, truly highlighted the power of The Dojo Decision. Our daughter was captivated by how the book was written, making her feel like the main character. It was incredible to have father-daughter athlete time to learn and reflect together. The content is exceptional, and the time spent with my daughter, watching her enjoy and implement the ideas, was a game-changer. She now does her 15 pushups every morning, inspired by the book's practical advice. The Dojo Decision is not just a book; it's a shared journey toward excellence.
