He is also the Law Society's Chief External Examiner in Property Law and Practice. He has previously been a solicitor in the field of Conveyancing and remains a consultant solicitor. Mark Richards has taught Conveyancing since 1993 as well as the LPC elective of Commercial Property. He has previouly been a solicitor, working in the field of Conveyancing.
