Each year, The Chaser and The Shovel combine forces to generate an end-of-year Annual, compiling together in one volume all the best satirical news from the year, as well as fresh original content, that makes it the perfect gift for anyone you can't think of a better gift for.

This year, The Chaser and The Shovel outsourced all their writing to ChatGPT, ensuring that this year's annual is both hilariously off-point and disturbingly accurate. Why read human-generated satire when you can enjoy The Chaser AI's barbed satirical take on the Taylor Swift Eras Tour? From politics to pop culture, no topic is safe from our mindless machine churning out content without any meaning behind it.

Only by buying The Chaser and Shovel Annual 2024 will you get to experience the joy of reading what ShovelGPT thinks of Bruce Lehrmann's attempt to win this year's Golden Defo Award. Featuring exclusive, never-before-seen typos no human wolud ever dare make.

Features-

- The Channel 7 Employee Handbook

- A complete list of Barnaby Joyce's greatest stuff-ups (8129 pages, abridged)

- Cooking With Peter Dutton (a guide to 15 delicious potato recipes)

- Plus a detailed look at Anthony Albanese's spine replacement surgery

The book can be read, or if you're Gen Z and can't afford a home, can be converted into a housing shelter, by opening it up and placing it over your head.

"The Chaser is an Australian satirical comedy team. They are known for their television programmes on ABC TV, including The Election Chaser, CNNNN, The Chaser's War on Everything and The Chaser's Media Circus. They are famous for several high profile stunts over the years, including printing the personal phone number of then Prime Minister John Howard on the front cover of their newspaper, and dressing up as Osama bin Laden outside US President George W. Bush's hotel during the 2007 APEC Summit in Sydney. The team started as a satirical newspaper, a publication known to challenge conventions of taste. The Chaser's motto is ""Striving for Mediocrity in a World of Excellence""."
