John W. Lee is the principle owner of John W. Lee, PC, a law firm that serves the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. The firm has offices in Hampton, Newport News, Virginia Beach and Chesapeake. With six attorneys and ten non-attorneys, the firm represents clients in the areas of bankruptcy, divorce, personal injury, estate planning and criminal defense. While the firm practices in multiple areas of law, most of the cases he handles are bankruptcy. John grew up in Virginia Beach and attended Kellam High School. While at Kellam he was on the debate team, active in the Boy Scouts, and earned the rank of Eagle Scout. While attending Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA he was on the debate team, majored in government, and minored in philosophy. He graduated from Regent University in 1998 with his Juris Doctor. Each year his firm files several hundred bankruptcies and represents over 1,000 clients a year. John lives in Newport News with his wife of 20 years and their two dogs.
