Scott Dellana is a professor in the Department of Marketing and Supply Chain Management at East Carolina University. He holds a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in engineering management from Missouri University of Science and Technology. John F. Kros is the Vincent K. McMahon Distinguished Professor of Marketing and Supply Chain Management at East Carolina University. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University, and a Ph.D. in systems engineering from the University of Virginia.
