Graham Jones B.Sc. (Hons), B.A. (Hons), Adv.Dip.Ed., MBPsS, M.Sc., M.Ed., FHEA, CMBE, FPSA is a Senior Lecturer and Programme Director for undergraduate degrees in the Business School at the University of Buckingham, UK. He is also an Associate Lecturer at The Open University. Graham has been teaching online since 1999, when he was one of a pioneering group of academics who started to use the Internet to deliver courses. He has more than 22 years of experience in teaching online and has supported several thousand students with their online studies. As a psychologist who specialises in understanding how people use the Internet, he is ideally placed to write this book.
