John Cissik is a baseball and basketball coach, an athletic performance consultant, and a special education teacher in McKinney Texas, USA. He holds certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, U.S.A. Track and Field, and the old U.S. Weightlifting Federation. He has written ten books on strength and conditioning and filmed four DVDs on strength and speed training.
