Robert P. Sroufe is the Falk Chair of Socially Responsible Business at Chatham University. Within the top-ranked Falk School of Sustainability & Environment, he is responsible for delivering courses on sustainable business practices for innovation and management applications while developing graduate academic consulting projects every semester with corporate sponsors. He is a researcher and consultant in operationalizing integrated management and sustainable business practices, strategic sustainability, environmental management systems, decarbonization, high-performance buildings, and aligning the UN SDGs with business performance. Steven A. Melnyk is a professor of operations and supply chain management at Michigan State University. He has co-authored twenty books on operations and supply chain management and over 90 journal articles. He sits on the editorial review boards for Production and Inventory Management, the Journal of Supply Chain Management, the Journal of Humanitarian Logistics and Supply Chain Management (where he is co-author for North America), and the International Journal of Production Research. His research focus includes supply chain risk and resilience, strategic supply chain management, behavioral research, and certified management standards.
