Anita Gayton is a retired clinical psychologist. Leaving behind her varied career working with people with severe mental health problems, she enjoyed spending time with her adult sons, her partner and her family. She loved studying, travelling and keeping active, exercise sessions in the park and had just taken up walking football. She had always wanted to write a book. This was not the book she had in mind, but it was the book she felt she needed to write.
