Born in Iran and raised in California, siblings Pamela Shamshiri and Ramin Shamshiri were two of the founding partners of the design firm Commune before they launched Studio Shamshiri in 2016. Their work has received widespread acclaim and numerous accolades, including the prestigious Cooper Hewitt National Design Award.
