'A truly inspirational woman' - Maxine PeakeJessica Hepburn has never been the sporty type. She hates exercise, loves food, and believes the best downtime involves boxsets and podcasts on the sofa. So, it surprised everyone, most of all herself, when she went from avery unlikely athlete to a world-record breaker, transforming her life in the process.

Save Me from the Waves is the story of her extraordinary journey, from the streets of London to the summit of Mount Everest, fuelled by listening to every episode of her favourite radio show - Desert Island Discs. An amazing adventure set to a soundtrack of unforgettable songs, it encourages everyone to live big and bravely when life doesn't go to plan.

Save Me from the Waves is the heart-warming, relatable and inspiring story of how an adventure will always change your life for the better -- whether far away or closer to home. Sometimes, we all need saving from the waves. 'Reminds you to live each day with meaning' - Donna Ferguson, Observer
