Rex Fuqua Professor at the Emory University Medical School, is best known for his leadership in professional organizations and as a clinical investigator in the realm of depressive disorders. DAVID J. MIKLOWITZ, PHD, is Professor of Psychiatry in the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at UCLA and a Senior Clinical Research Fellow in the Department of Psychiatry at Oxford University.
