Professor Dong-Won Jung is a renowned researcher in the School of Mechanical Engineering at Jeju National University, South Korea. His research focuses on various aspects of metal forming, including constitutive modeling under hot working conditions, cold and hot roll-forming, incremental sheet forming, cold and hot stamping, and computational modeling for metal forming applications. He is also interested in formability in sheet metal forming and friction stir welding. In addition to his research work, Professor Jung serves as a reviewer for several reputable journals such as the Korean Society of Mechanical Engineers (KSME), the Korean Society for Precision Engineering (KSPE), the Korean Society for Technology of Plasticity (KSTP), the Korean Society for Automobile Engineers (KSAE), the Journal of Ocean Engineering and Technology, the Journal of Korea Society for Power System Engineering, and the Korean Journal of Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE), among others. He has published numerous articles in these journals and has extensive experience presenting his research at academic conferences.
