Her primary research interests include organizational justice and trust as well as service quality, well-being at work, and emotions. Russell Cropanzano is Professor of Management at the University of Colorado, USA. He is a past editor of the Journal of Management and a fellow in the Academy of Management, the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology, the Southern Management Association, and the Association for Psychological Science. Vicente Martínez-Tur is Professor of Organizational Psychology at the University of Valencia, Spain. His research focuses on trust and justice, psychology of services, and intergroup relations.
