Dmitry Aleksandrovich Zatuchny is Doctor of technical science, Associate Professor and Professor at the Department of Computation Machines, Complexes, Systems and Networks at Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation. He is the author of more than 140 scientific works, including 5 monographs, 6 textbooks, 1 patent on an invention and 6 state registered computer programs. He was responsible for a number of research projects on ensuring the functioning of modern navigation systems in civil aviation aircraft and air traffic control.      Ruslan Nikolaevich Akinshin is Doctor of technical sciences, Professor, Researcher at the Defense Problems Section of the Ministry of Defense (at the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences), Professor of the Autonomous Information and Control Systems Department of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University (National Research University) and Professor of the High-Tech Enterprises Management Department of Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University). He graduated with a gold medal from the Tula Artillery Engineering Institute with a degree in Computer Software and Automated Management Systems at the Department of Electronics and Radar Equipment (2002). He is the author of more than 240 scientific publications, including 5 monographs, 9 textbooks and 20 patents for utility models.   Nina Ivanovna Romancheva is Candidate of technical sciences, Associate Professor and Associate Professor at the Department of Computation Machines, Complexes, Systems and Networks at Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation. He is Honorary Worker of higher vocational education of the RF. He is the author of more than 150 scientific papers. He is Expert of the special section of Forum of Innovative Technologies of «Infospase-2014» (plugged the Government of Russian Federation in the list of key business events within the framework of leadthrough of science year Rossiya-ES). During many years, he was Leader and Responsible Performer of the row of research works on research of questions of construction of the computer systems and networks, including movable mobile complexes in the protected configuration.    Igor Viktorovich Avtin is Lead Engineer for flight testing of aircraft at the “Research Institute of Air Navigation” of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise State Research Institute of Civil Aviation. He graduated from the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation in 2015 with a degree in Technical Operation of Transport Radio Equipment.      Yury Grigorievich Shatrakov is Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor,  Russian Federation Honored Worker of Science, Professor at the Academy of Technological Sciences of the Russian Federation and Science secretary at JCS ""All-Russian Research Institute of radio equipment"". He has worked in the field of air navigation since 1963, and his interests focus on ground and onboard systems of radio navigation, instrumental landing, secondary radar, air traffic control systems and training and simulation systems. He has published more than 400 scientific papers.
