Megh R. Goyal, PhD, PE, is a retired Professor in Agricultural and Biomedical Engineering from the General Engineering Department in the College of Engineering at the University of Puerto Rico–Mayaguez Campus. He was proclaimed the “Father of Irrigation Engineering in Puerto Rico for the twentieth century” by the ASABE, Puerto Rico Section, for his pioneering work on micro irrigation, evapotranspiration, agroclimatology, and soil and water engineering. During his career of over 52 years, he has received many awards. A prolific author and editor, he has written more than 200 journal articles and several textbooks and has edited over 100 books. Santosh K. Mishra, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Dairy Microbiology at the College of Dairy Science and Technology at Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Ludhiana, Punjab, India. He has served in the dairy industry and is currently handling several projects for the Indian Department of Science and Technology, Indian Ministry of Food Processing Industries, and Indian University Grants Commission. Dr. Mishra has published research, reviews, and popular articles in national and international journals as well as several international edited books, book chapters, and teaching reviews in various training programs. Lohith Kumar Dasarahalli-Huligowda, PhD, has expertise in nanoemulsion design and formulation. He has worked at CSIR-CFTRI, Mysore, India. His current professional interests include the utilization of nanotechnology principles to develop delivery systems and biofuel properties enhancement. He has published scientific articles in international peer-reviewed journals and has authored an edited book and many book chapters as well as review articles. He has published research papers and abstracts mainly on the emulsion-based delivery systems to protect flaxseed oil from the oxidation process.
