She is on the faculties of OberlinCollege and the Cleveland Institute of Music. Joan Brush is a fashion designerand illustrator witha background in children'sliterature and design. Shereceived her BFA from theRhode Island School of Design and launcheda successful career as a sportswear designer shortly thereafter.
