Dr Lauren Tober is a Clinical Psychologist and Senior Yoga Teacher of over 20 years. She is the Founder and Director of the Yoga Psychology Institute (worldwide) and the Centre for Mind Body Wellness (Australia). After a decade of teaching about mental health on various yoga teacher training courses, Dr Tober has been sharing the Mental Health Aware Yoga training since 2019. She lives in Mullumbimby, Australia.
