Ben takes us across the Mediterranean and then back to his table. From Italy to Tunisia, Croatia to Morocco, capturing the heart of Mediterranean cooking. Simple, seasonal, and heartfelt. Count me in, Ben. * Yotam Ottolenghi * Not only is Ben's Mediterra a beautiful book, but it is so well researched, with mouth-watering, accessible recipes * Georgina Hayden * You probably think you don’t need another book about Mediterranean food, but you need this one. I leaf through Ben’s books thinking ‘I want to make that, and that, and that!’. His food is rich, intense and alive. * Diana Henry *
