Trey is a litigation partner in the Dallas office of Gibson Dunn & Crutcher and serves as the Co-Partner in Charge. He is an accomplished and sought after advocate and trial lawyer. He has spent his entire professional life as a courtroom attorney and litigator helping clients resolve large, complicated, and often high-profile business disputes. His courtroom experience is unusually broad and extensive. He has tried scores of cases and achieved success for a variety of clients- both defendants and plaintiffs. Jason is the founder and President of Bloom Strategic Consulting, Inc., and he has been a jury consultant for over 20 years. Since then, he has been an active jury consultant nationwide, consulting on a variety of matters. His practice has concentrated on civil litigation. Mr. Bloom is a frequent author and international speaker on trial advocacy and courtroom psychology. Additionally, Mr. Bloom has appeared on CNN's Paula Zahn Show, has been quoted in prominent newspapers, and has made regular appearances on radio stations around the country to discuss jury trials in the news. John is a trial lawyer based in Dallas, Texas at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher. John represents plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes, complex commercial cases in Texas and around the country. He has received awards for Top 20 Verdict 2019 in Texas, Best of the Bar, and Best Lawyers' One to Watch. He has tried multiple case to juries, in addition to bench trials and arbitrations. John served as a law clerk for the United States District Court in the Western District of Texas and worked for the preeminent legal writer Bryan Garner, before beginning his legal practice. John earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California, and his J.D. magna cum laude from Southern Methodist University, where he graduated order of the coif.
