Lorraine Bell is a consultant clinical psychologist who has specialised in the treatment of people with EUPD, leading a UK dialectical behaviour therapy service for 20 years. Lorraine has also published books on eating disorders and suicide prevention.
‘Re-released is this useful book for people with personality disorders who have difficulties managing emotions and who may self-harm. This is a practical manual to aid people undergoing therapy and it will also be useful as an aide memoire for those who have already had therapy. It is a pleasure to see the manual refreshed with a new cover and foreword by the author.’ Kate M. Davidson, PhD FBPsS, Professor of Clinical Psychology (Hon.), Institute of Health and Wellbeing, University of Glasgow
