Featuring a thorough review of key topics and issues, Riccucci deftly weaves and balances summary, analysis, and recommendations to showcase the subtleties of DEI in public administration and also to demonstrate how dismantling unjust systems makes everyone's lives better. This is a must-read work for anyone working in public service.
