The lions stepped into her dreams, and then led her on a fascinating journey. Keli shares how her experiences with these majestic beasts allowed her to grow in so many new ways, nourishing her soul in the process. Mesmerised by their centredness, their purity and their power, Keli explores the synchronicities and life-changing realisations that started occurring connected to her visits with the lions. Along the way, the lions led her to discover more about fear, insecurity, healing, meditation, quantum entanglement and telepathic communication between humans and animals, profoundly reconnecting her to nature - and to herself.

It's a story about the opening of our hearts and minds to our connectedness; not only to each other, but to animals, nature, and this incredible earth we call home. It asks us to be filled with reverence and love for all life forms, and to be filled with the same respect and love for ourselves.

Take a journey with the lions and discover that within each of us beats the heart of a tree, a flower, a star, and a lion.

Reviews for Lion Diaries: Understanding That the Lion Is Me

The Lion Diaries is a lovely read. The author takes the reader on a journey through her own life experiences and how these experiences turn into deep learning and healing due to her connection with the lions. She touches on a variety of interesting concepts such as animal communication, entanglement and energy healing. Most importantly, while she writes about lions and other wild animals in captivity, she is aware of and acknowledges the sad reality of captive animals and canned hunting. Her story reminds us to value ourselves, to value nature, and the need to stay connected to it all. Teresa Guzman I found the book an easy and light read yet filled with many moments of depth. The book allows one to ponder on the journey of the author and notice moments in one's own life that her words reflect. There are many moments in this book where the author's vulnerability, honesty and willingness to surrender to fear made me think about how love could conquer that fear. One walks away with a reminder of the importance of communication with self, and the sense that Nature and human beings are one. Vicki Lyn Van Wyk The Lion Diaries is an amazing and insightful book of love, spirituality, pain and great joy. Keli has portrayed her connection with the lions and other animals in a sensitive and awe-inspiring way. This book is a must-read for anyone wanting to learn more about the connectedness between humans and nature. Jenny Shone
